A court here recorded the statement of the complainant today in the case filed against Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai and actor Hrithik Roshan for their alleged obscene scene in the film Dhoom-2.

The statement was recorded in the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) R K Batham.

The complainant, advocate Shailendra Dwiwedi later told reporters after the hearing that along with the news clippings and photograph of the objectionable scene, he has also submitted before the court details about the film and the controversial scene.

Following the submission, the court has directed Dwiwedi to submit any additional evidence on next hearing and fixed January 25 as next date in the case.

The complaint was filed against Rai and Roshan under section 292 (vulgarity) and 509 (derogatory to women) of the IPC.
